Meghalaya Government has embarked on development of the hospitality industry on a large scale through an initiative called Meghalaya Tourism Revolution. Presently it has prompted ‘bed and breakfast’ scheme for the tourist visiting the state. The State has decided to improve air and road network connecting the various tourist destinations in the State as part of Tourism revolution. Our Shillong correspondent reports, Meghalaya, known as the Scotland in northeast, has strong potentiality in attracting tourist even from abroad.<br/>
