<span style="color: #222222;">In Meghalaya, efforts to rescue the miners trapped in a mine for last 24 days made a little progress today. Powerful submersible pumps installed by the Kirloskar company finally started de-watering the  main shaft of the mine where the miners are trapped. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">According to the operation spokesperson R. Susngi, water level at the near by shaft receded as Odisha Fire Service pumped out almost Ten Lac Litres of water.
