But, when it comes to the national level, Hindi is the largest spoken language, he added. He further said that research and documentation should be done and funds should be given by the Central Government to put up institutes to promote the local languages. The Chief Minister stated that one should not create a position and a stand and just say that they don't want to learn Hindi. He said that one should look at what is going to be in the best interest of the youngsters.</span><br />
