Meghalaya CM leads high level ministerial team to London, Netherlands

<br/>Meghalaya Chief Minister Dr. Mukul Sangma is heading a high level ministerial team to the London and Netherlands tomorrow to explore best practices in the field of tourism, horticulture and in health care field. During the weeklong foreign tour the delegation will get data on sericulture advancement, which is a big potential of Meghalaya. <br/> <br/>Besides strawberry which is also being presently exported from the state would also get a big facelift with adoption of advanced formula. Before his trip to London, Dr Sangma told over phone from New Delhi that his focus will be mainly on health sector. <br/> <br/>He said Meghalaya is yet to get the best available treatment in the field of Cancer which is a high prevailing incident in the state. The team is visiting on an invitation from the London based Cancer Roko Institute, which is proposing to carry out cancer prevention programme in Meghalaya. <br/> <br/>
