Meghalaya Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma on Friday laid the foundation stone of a new building of Meghalaya Public Service Commission.The MPSC was being run from different buildings in Shillong since its inception in 1972. Dr Sangma promised that the state government will provide all the help to MPSC to become more transparent and efficient body in recruitment process.
