Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad Sangma has lauded the financial packages announced by the Union Government stating that such imitative will work as a stimulus and push up the overall economy activity.<br />'' <br />'' In an interaction with media persons this evening, he said that it is a very positive step as supporting the MSME will boost the overall economy. He added that MSME is the backbone of any economy as this is the sector that promotes maximum number of people.<br />'' <br />'' Pointing out that financial packages for the farmers have also been announced, the Chief Minister said these are the times where the Centre has to stand up and support and put stimulus. <br />'' <br />'' He further said the state has a road map and it depends on the discussions held with the Centre. He hoped that maximum people whether it's the farmers or other MSME's will benefit and that will be a boost and stimulus to the economy.<br />''
