With just three days being left for filing of nomination papers for the ensuing assembly elections in Meghalaya many candidates filed their papers on Saturday. Meghalaya Chief Minister and National People's Party (NPP) national president Conrad K Sangma filed his nomination papers from South Tura seat. Other prominent leaders who filed their nominations are NPP National Vice President Prestone Tynsong from Pynursla seat, Samlin Malngiang from Sohion and Teibor Pathaw from Mawlai seat.<br />'' <br />''Speaking to reporters after filing his nomination, Conrad K Sangma claimed there is a positive wave for the NPP and the opposition is disintegrating day by day.
