However, the Government is still waiting for a formal letter from the group expressing the same as mentioned in the press communiqué, he added.<br />''<br />''The Chief Minister further mentioned that the citizens of this State have gone through enough violence in the past many years and it is high time to solve the issue through dialogue. He further added that a list of people who have enough experience and the necessary qualities for negotiation has been made.<br />''<br />''It may be mentioned that the banned outfit yesterday came forward with a proposal for a peace talk with the Government of India and the State Government with no pre-conditions. The group has been responsible for a number of bomb blasts in the State in the recent past.</span><br />
