North-West India is bracing for the arrival of a mega western disturbance from Monday. <br/><br/>Met Department has predicted heavy snow and rainfall for Jammu and Kashmir and Himachal Pradesh.'' It said isolated places over Punjab and Haryana, Chandigarh and Delhi will experience heavy rain. <br/><br/>Hailstorm are likely over Punjab and Western parts of Haryana. Cold day conditions are very likely at many places in Punjab, Haryana, Chandigarh, Delhi and Rajasthan.
