Opposition presidential candidate Meera Kumar arrived in Dehradun today to campaign for the presidential poll. <br/><br/>There are 71 MLAs in the present Vidhan Sabha of Uttarakhand. Out of 71 MLAs 11 belongs to Congress party. Voting for the presidential election is scheduled on 17th July 2017.<br/>
