The Prime Minister Dr. Manmohan Singh has indicated that he is in touch with the highest level of Chinese Government and media reports on the India-China border are reflection of the inadequate flow of information from his government. Talking to reporters at Iftihar Party in New Delhi on Friday evening, Dr. Singh said this will be rectified. When asked about reports of incursions by Chinese into Indian territory along the Line of Actual Control, he pointed out that the border is long and some times incidents do take place.On the latest reports that Pakistan had acted against the Lashkar-e-Toiba terrorist the mastermind behind Mumbai terrorist attack, Dr. Singh said it is a small step forward.
