External Affairs Ministry has quashed Pakistan's allegations that India is building a secret nuclear city in the southern region of the country. <br/><br/>Briefing media in New Delhi yesterday, MEA spokesperson Vikas Swarup said the secret city is a figment of the neighbouring country's imagination. He stressed that India has always been in compliance with all its international obligations. <br/><br/>Mr Swarup said the baseless allegation is a diversionary tactic to deflect attention from continued state sponsorship of terrorism by Pakistan and its harbouring of internationally designated terrorists.
