External Affairs Ministry today launched its Facebook App which has digital presence of Indian Missions and Posts around the world. <br/><br/>Speaking on the occasion, Ministry spokesperson Vikas Swarup said social media has been a game changer in which the Ministry communicates.<br/><br/>He said social media has evolved and no one doubts the power of digital tools.<br/><br/>Mr Swarup said a 24/7 control room has been set up to address the complaints lodged on social media. <br/><br/>The App was launched in the presence of Facebook's Global Politics and Government Outreach Director, Katie Harbath and Public Policy Director of India, South and Central Asia, Ankhi Das.
