On the occasion of Constitution Day, the Development of North Eastern Region Ministry (MDoNER) has organized a daylong celebration. <br />''<br />''It started with the Preamble Reading in Hindi and English. Along with a quiz competition, a slogan writing competition was also organised based on this year's Constitution Day theme India – the Mother of Democracy. Followed by the competitions, officers of the DoNER Ministry had an interaction with the officials on the Constitution.<br />
