Congress said the results of Municipal Corporations election in Delhi, will not impact the party's prospects in the state Assembly and the Lok Sabha polls. Talking to reporters in New Delhi, Party spokesperson Rashid Alvi said, MCD polls result should be seen only as Municipal polls. Accepting the verdict of the people of the national capital in the polls, Mr. Alvi said, the party will try to ascertain the causes of poor performance in the civic body polls.
