The Municipal Corporation of Delhi announced restructuring of 216 Sulabh Souchalayas to high end public toilets in Delhi.The new urinals are to be constructed with a view to protecting the environment and use less of resources by using solar energy . They will have water saving devices and attractive prefab structures.The public would be charged a maximum of rupees 2 for the usage , same as Sulabh Souchalayas .They would facilitate more than Four and half lakh people on an average in a day. Reports claim that the construction of all 216 toilets would be completed within eight months.<br/>
