In Uttar Pradesh, the Chief Minister Mayawati has asked her senior Cabinet colleague and Bahujan Samaj Party general secretary Nasimuddin Siddique to enquire into the charges against two ministers from her council of ministers.AIR Lucknow correspondent reports that during visit of the Chief Minister to Aligarh a woman had alleged that her father a junior engineer in minor irrigation department was killed at Ferozabad district last year on the behest of the state minister for Irrigation Engineering Jaiveer Singh. Her father was found dead in mysterious circumstances at his residence. Cause of death could not revealed in post-mortem. The viscera have been sent to Forensic Science Laboratory at Agra. Report from FSL was awaited.In another incident a group of women had come before car of the Chief Minister and alleged that during recently held Kshetra Panchayat election party candidate was defeated due to non cooperation of State Rural Engineering minister Thakur Jaiveer Singh. Police has arrested three women for breaching security arrangements for the chief minister and creating hindrances in government functioning.
