Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Ms. Mayawati charged the Congress-led UPA government of step motherly treatment to Uttar Pradesh government. On the completion of three years of her government, she told the media in Lucknow that her government has not received fund from the central share at appropriate time. She claimed that her government has not received 17 thousand crore of rupees as centre share from the UPA during the last three years. She alleged that Congress is conspiring to keep people of the state backward as it has always adopted negative approach against schemes and programmes initiated in different regions of the state.<br/>
