In Uttar Pradesh, union minister of state for food processing industries Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti today levelled serious charges against senior minister Shivpal Singh Yadav saying he had patronised the cult leaders which emboldened them to attack on police force in Mathura. Talking to media in Mathura today, Sadhvi said that FIR should be lodged against Shivpal Yadav who was giving shelter to these illegal squatters. Expressing apprehensions about probe, she said that the outcome of the probe being carried out by divisional commissioner will be nothing but an eyewash. She said that she will talk to home minister Rajnath Singh about CBI probe into the matter. She wanted to made a visit to Jawahar Bagh but police did not allow her.<br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that after state BJP president Keshav Maurya and national president Amit Shah, MOS Sadhvi Niranjan Jyoti is third senior leader of BJP who has leveled serious charges against state government and its senior minister Shivpal Singh Yadav in the matter. The BJP chief Amit Shah had yesterday demanded resignation of ?Shivpal Singh Yadav ?holding him responsible for the ?Mathura ?incident.? Besides, BSP supremo Mayawati had also attacked the state government pointing finger towards Shivpal Yadav for Mathura mayhem. The BJP and BSP both have demanded CBI probe into the matter. Meanwhile the combing operation by police is still going on at Jawahar Bagh which on June 2nd had witnessed the deadly clash between police and a cult group rendering 25 dead and hundreds other injured.
