In Chhattisgarh, a massive search operation has been launched by the security forces in the Gairiabandh jungles to nab the Maoists responsible for Monday's audacious attack in which 9 policemen, including one ASP were killed. One of the policemen is still missing. The policemen were returning after a search operation last evening. The bodies of these 9 policemen were recovered from the site on Tuesday and airlifted to Raipur. AIR corespondent reports that rich tributes were paid to the slain jawans in the state capital.
