Tens of thousands of students and teachers marched in the Chilean capital, Santiago, in the latest mass protest to demand educational reform. The Campaign for free public education, now in its fourth month, is the biggest protest move Chile has seen since return to democracy in 1990. The march was largely peaceful, but ended with clashes between riot police and masked youths throwing stones.
