Five times World Champion M C Mary Kom of Manipur and Pinky Jangra of Haryana stormed into the final of 51 kilogram category in the 12th Senior National Women Boxing Championships.Marry Kom thrashed Dolly Singh of West Bengal 28-3 in her semi final bout played in Bhopal Saturday evening. Pinki Jangra defeated former World Champion L. Sarita Devi of All India Police.It was a close fight between L. Sarita Devi and Pinky Jangra as they both finished at 34-34 after four rounds. The Jury declared Pinky Jangra as a winner.In light fly 48 kilogram category semi finals, World Youth Champion Sarjubala Devi beat Mamta of Haryana 25-14 while Krishna Thapa of host Madhya Pradesh defeated Janhvi Gogoi of Railway sports Promotion Board 34-17.In Bantam 54 kilogram category, Suman of Haryana and Sonia Lather Singh booked their place in the final winning their bouts. Final bouts will be played on Sunday.
