India's biggest car maker Maruti Suzuki will continue to operate at the troubled Manesar factory. Disclosing this, Managing Director Shinzo Nakanishi said it would build its third plant at the site by the middle of next year. Maruti Suzuki stopped production at the factory on Wednesday after workers attacked managers at the plant and set fire to company property. The plant was hit by violence nine months ago. The loss of production then caused a loss of about more than Rs 2,500 crore. The current strike has raised apprehensions about Maruti expansion plan and new product launches.
