Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting Col Rajyavardhan Rathore has said that the martyrs belong to the country, and are beyond the bounds of community, cast, religion and state.<br/> <br/>Addressing a public gathering, after unveiling the statue of martyr Prakash Chand Meena in Jamvaramgarh in Jaipur district today, Col Rathore appealed the youth to take inspiration from martyrs and contribute for the country. Prakash Chand Meena and five other CRPF personnel were ambushed by Naxals in Chhattisgarh's Dantewara district in May 2012. They fought bravely with the Naxals, and laid their lives for thier motherland.
