<span style="color: #222222;">The mortal remains of Colonel Ashutosh Sharma, who got martyred in Kashmir in an encounter, were consigned to flames with full military honour in Jaipur today. His wife Pallavi Sharma and his brother lit the funeral pyre amid the chanting of Vedic mantras at Purani Chungi cremation ground in the presence of other family members and Army officers.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Earlier, at 61 Cavalry Ground of Jaipur Military Station, Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot, South Western Army Commander Lt. Gen Alok Kler, several other leaders and Army and State Government officials paid tributes to the departed soul and consoled the grieved family members. A unit of the South Western command paid guard of honor to Colonel Sharma. </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Colonel Sharma, Commanding Officer of 21 Rashtriya Rifles, was among that five security personnel who martyred during an encounter with terrorists in north Kashmir.</span><br />
