Putting all the speculations to rest, the Bhubaneswar Commissioner of Police have traced the location of child prodigy and star marathon runner Budhia Singh in Tamil Nadu's Kodaikanal. Police commissioner Y.B. Khurania said yesterday in Bhubaneswar that they spoke to Budhia and his mother. The star runner had gone missing since May 10 when the hostel closed for summer vacation. The cops on Sunday registered a kidnapping case after the Child Welfare Committee of Khurda filed a complaint on Saturday.
