In Odisha, suspense over the release of Malkangiri district collector R Vineel Krishna still continues. The Maoists have put some additional conditions for the release of Malkangiri collector. They want top Maoist leaders Sriramulu Srinivas, Padma, Rosy Mandangi, Iswari and Gokul Kuldipia currently in jail under serious charges to be released from jail immediately. They have also asked the negotiators physically come to Malkangiri to secure the release of Krishna. Talking to AIR correspondent at Bhubaneswar, one of the mediators, Prof G Haragopal, said it will not be possible to include fresh conditions as an agreement has already been arrived at between the two sides.Meanwhile, mediator have once again appealed to the Maoists to release Malkangiri district collector R. Veneel Krishna. The fresh demand made by the Maoists have surprised state government and three negotiators Prof. G. Hargopal;, Prof. R. Someswar Rao and Mr. Dandapani Mohanty.
