In Odisha, armed Maoists killed a tribal youth in Narayanpatna Koraput district suspecting him to be a police informer. According to police, the victim had been abducted by a group of armed ultras from his village, Pilibadi, about 30 km from Koraput late Friday night. A number of handwritten posters were left by the Maoists near the site. Security has been tightened in the area following the incident and a massive combing operation has been launched to trace the Maoists.
