In Bihar, Maoists killed two persons in East Champaran district on Thursday afternoon. The incident occurred at Narayanpur village under Rajepur police station of Motihari. S.P. Parasnath told AIR that Maoists left one pamphlet containing message that killed persons are rapist. A massive operation has been launched to nab the Maoists.
