In Odisha, suspected Maoists today kidnapped one police officer of Dharambandha police outpost in Nuapada district. According to reports, 15 to 20 armed Maoists kidnapped Dharambandha Assistant Sub-Inspector (ASI) of Police Krupasindhu Majhi in the forest areas between Dharambandha and Godhas, about 25 km from Nuapada headquarters, The police officer was accompanying a water tanker to a nearby CRPF camp when he was kidnapped. Search operation by security personnel is on to trace the police officer,
