In Bihar Maoists kidnapped Block Development Officer (BDO) in Sheohar district of the state on Sunday afternoon.The Director General of Police Neelmani told AIR that Manoj Kumar Singh BDO of TARIYANI Block of the district was abducted when he had gone to the village Ladaura of the district to inspect ongoing preparation work of the photo identity card for the forth coming assembly elections in the state.Over twenty five to thirty naxalites kidnapped BDO and took him on Motorcycle. The jeep in which BDO was travelling left abandoned. There was no security forces along with BDO when his abduction took place. Inter district border has been sealed and a massive combing operations on to nab the Maoists.
