In Bihar, a police constable was butchered to death, his throat slit and arms chopped off for allegedly being a police informer. Police said, the constable Chabbu Turi was hacked to death yesterday by about 60 armed maoists at Badaki Hathia village in Munger district. The constable had been providing the police with tip offs on the maoists movement and had recently helped arrest four maoists from the area.<br/><br/>
