<br/>In Orissa, suspected Maoists blew up two mobile phone towers and ransacked a liquor shop in Orissa's Malkangiri district early today. Police said a large number of ultras stormed K-Guma village under Orkel police station area and triggered explosions in quick succession to blow up the towers. The rebels, raising slogans against the state government and police, also damaged a foreign liquor shop. The Maoists also tried to set the shop on fire after dragging out two of the employees and disappeared into the nearby forest. Additional police personnel have been deployed in the area after the incident and a combing operation has been launched to trace the rebels.
