In Bihar, suspected Maoists on Tuesday bombed a state-run-school at Parchha village in Bihar's Rohtas district. Superintendent of Police Manu Maharaj said, more than 50 heavily-armed Maoists raided the school early Tuesday morning and triggered dynamite blast to blow up the school building. Three of the seven rooms of the school were partially damaged. He said, the Maoists were opposed to the use of the school for keeping security personnel from time to time in Naxal-hit areas. A combing operation has been launched in the area to nab them.
