In Bihar, 14 bogies of oil tanker of the Goods train were in flames following blowing up of railway track near Bangari Halt on Motihari -Muzaffarpur rail section of East- Central railway early this morning. <br/><br/>AIR correspondent reports that the train was going towards Muzaffarpur when the incident took place. <br/>
