In Bihar Maoists blew up rail track in Jamui district of the state in wee hours on Tuesday. The incident occurred in between Narganjo and Ghorparans stations of East- Central railway.<br/><br/>AIR Patna Correspondent reports that movement of trains on Patna -Howrah section has been stopped following blowing up of railway track. A number of trains have been stranded at several stations.<br/><br/>Maoists also ransacked Narganjo stations and beat up railway employees. Cabinman of the station was made hostage. Communication system of the station has been disrupted.<br/><br/>Fear stricken Railway officials ranaway to safety. A massive combing operation is on to nab the Maoists.<br/><br/>In Jharkhand also, Maoists blew up a stretch of railway track in Giridih district in the wee hours on Tuesday.<br/><br/>The police said that the tracks have been blown up under Nimiaghat police station in the district. Parasnath station superintendent said Trains on the section have been stopped on both up and down lines.<br/><br/>Maoists had on Sunday called a 72-hour bandh in Bihar, Jharkhand, Orissa, West Bengal and Chhattisgarh to protest the proposed all-out offensive against them by the Centre. <br/><br/>The Maoists blew up rail tracks at two places in Giridih district of Jharkhand last midnight disrupting train services on Dhanbad-Gaya rail section.<br/><br/>In the first incident, a group of ultras blasted about 3 meter stretch of rail tracks near Parasnath, while in another incident, the Maoists triggered blasts on tracks between Karmabad and Choudhary Bandh railway stations in the same district.<br/><br/>The Maoists also blew up a project high school building in Sodeh village of Khunti district in Jharkhand.<br/><br/>The Superintendent of Police, A.B. Minz has stated that the ultras had packed the building with explosives before blowing it up. No casualty has been reported in this incident.
