The three day band call given by Maoists has partial impact in Orissa. While there is no impact on the coastal districts of the state, violence in maoist affected districts like Sundergarh and Gazapati has been reported.<br/><br/>Normal life in rural areas of Jharkhand was partially affected on second day on Monday in view of the 72 hour bandh call given by the Maoists. <br/><br/>The most affected areas were those areas where Naxalites have stronghold like Palamu, Garhwa, Chatra, Gumla, Lohardagga, Bokaro and east and west Singhbhoom districts of Jharkahand.<br/><br/>Business establishments and schools were closed in most of the rural areas whereas life was normal in urban areas of the state.<br/><br/>Movement of trains were also affected due to diversion in routes of a number of trains. Long route buses are off the roads.<br/><br/>Police are keeping watch on the movements of Naxalites and all the districts police administration have been alerted.
