In Bihar, an intensive search operation is on in the forest areas of Jamui district to locate seven labourers of a private construction company who were kidnapped by the Maoists yesterday. The cause behind the kidnapping is said to be refusal by the construction companies to meet the extortion demands of the ultras.AIR Patna correspondent reports that the Bihar- Jharkhand border along Jamui district has been sealed and a massive manhunt is continuing to nab the ultras. There is no information about the whereabouts of the kidnapped labourers, though raids are being conducted to secure their safe release
