In Bihar, security forces have arrested a maoist area commander at Rampurlakh village under the Natwar police station of Rohtas district of the state. The arrested area commander identified as Chandan Kumar confessed his involvement of large number of crimes over the past 20 years. The police have recovered one rifle, two pistols, one carbine and dozen live cartridges from his possession. Security forces are continuing combing operation and long range patrolling in the Maoists affected areas in the state. The police personnel trained in anti-Maoists operations have been deployed in maoists affected areas.
