In Assam, Minister of State for External Affair M J Akbar said that 'Manthan- Sankalp se Siddhi' is not just a program but it is a mass movement to provide real freedom of Indian citizens from poverty, corruption, unemployment and other social barriers apart from cast & creed. It is a mission of overall development and particularly the women of India.<br/><br/>He was addressing a gathering of school students and teachers in Government Boys Higher Secondary School, Silchar.<br/><br/>The school is celebrating 154th foundation day. He advised students to prepare themselves as job providers not job seekers.<br/><br/>Mr. Akbar planted a sapling in school premises and ceremonially inaugurated cleanliness drive.<br/><br/>He has also addressed prominent citizens of Barak Valley on 'New India -attainment through resolve' at Banga Bhawan, Silchar. The Minister inaugurated a blood donation camp at BJP office.
