Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh and Defence Minister Manohar Parrikar today commissioned the 105 metre vessel ICGS Sarathi into the force in Goa. <br/><br/>Addressing the gathering, the Home Minister said, Indian Coast Guard is the Central Pillar of India's coastal security architecture with two other important pillars of Navy and Marine Police. He said that coast guard has started the process of security audit to identify vulnerable areas in our seas and coastal areas. <br/><br/>It is the third one of the Sarathi Class vessels being designed and built indigenously by Vasco-based Goa Shipyard Limited.
