Defence Minister Manohar Parikar and Army General Dalbir Singh Suhag today had to cancel his visit to Kargil due to bad weather, ahead of the 16th Vijay Diwas. The 'Kargil Vijay Diwas' is celebrated on July 26 every year to mark India's victory over Pakistani in the historic war. This year Kargil Vijay Diwas is being celebrated from 21st of July and will conclude on 26th July 2015.
