Mr. Manohar Lal Khattar will take over as Chief Minister of Haryana today. Governor Kaptan Singh Solanki will administer the oath of office and secrecy to Mr Khattar at Panchkula. Prime Minister Narendra Modi and a galaxy of NDA leaders will attend the swearing-in ceremony. Mr Khattar will be the first Chief Minister of Haryana belonging to BJP. A first time MLA, he represents Karnal constituency in the Assembly.
