He said, the divinity emanating from Kumbh will spread the colours of India's splendour throughout the world. He said Kumbh has bloomed and flourished as part of India's great cultural heritage.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">The Prime Minister informed that South African President Cyril Ramaphosa will be the chief guest on the Republic Day next year. He said Mahatma Gandhi and South Africa shared an unbreakable bond and it was South Africa, where Bapu transformed into the Mahatma.</span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr Modi conveyed his greetings to people on upcoming festivals — Lohri, Pongal, Makar Sankranti, Uttarayan, Magh Bihu and Maaghi among others.
