Ambassador Puri said India's agenda of development and neighborhood first and &quot;Prosperous Nepal, Happy Nepali&quot; policy of Nepal have win win potential. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He was speaking at a talk programme on &quot;Aspirations of Emerging India and its Foreign Policy&quot; in Kathmandu this evening. In his key note address National Organizing Secretary of ABVP, Sunil Ambekar said Nepal is very special for India as both the countries have age old deep rooted social, cultural and religious bonding. </span><br />'' <br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">He said development can't be achieved in isolation and Nepal's support and participation is essential for the development of India.
