<span style="color: #222222;">In the last twenty four hours, three persons  including a BSF personnel expired at different hospitals in Imphal due to COVID-19 and other comorbid health conditions. The total number of deaths due to the virus increased to 16 in Manipur.<br />'' <br />'' On the other hand, 179 persons including 111 personnel from Central Armed Police Forces were confirmed as new COVID-19 positive cases in the state during the past twenty four hours. Out of the new positive cases, 60 are locals.<br />'' <br />'' Meanwhile, 194 persons were discharged from different hospitals and COVID Care Centres after they were found negative of COVID-19 on RT PCR test.<br />'' <br />''<br />''So far Manipur has recorded total positive cases of 4569 and out of this 2632 were  recovered and discharged from different COVID Care Centres. The number of active cases now stands at 1921 and the recovery rate is 57.60 percent.</span>
