Students studying in NIT, IIIT, JIMS, Manipur Agriculture University with distressed civilians including a 5-day-old baby with parents, native of Bhaisa town of Nirmal District have been safely brought back. Minister for&nbsp; Labour&nbsp; Malla Reddy with&nbsp; ADG welfare&nbsp; Abhilasha received them at Shamsabad airport.</span></p>
