In Manipur, three persons have been killed and two were injured during the exchange of fire between unknown armed groups at Khoken Village situated in the adjoining area of Imphal West and Kangpokpi districts.<br />''  <br />'' The incident took place in the early morning today when some unknown armed persons fired toward the village. The two groups exchanged heavy gunfire for some minutes and left the village before the security forces arrived at the spot.<br />''  <br />'' The police report said that three persons died while two sustained bullet injuries in the incident. The security forces cordoned off the area and search operations were conducted in the surrounding areas to nab the unknown armed persons.<br />''  <br />'' Meanwhile, the retired Chief Justice of Gauhati High Court Justice Ajay Lamba arrived in Imphal along with two members of the recently set up Inquiry Commission which will investigate the cause and other factors of the present crisis of Manipur.
