<span style="color: #222222;">In Manipur, the Tangkhul Community of Ukhrul district collected more than 5 lakh rupees through crowd funding and provided the same amount to the district health authority to buy oxygen concentrator machines to be used by COVID-19 patients.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Mr. Tennoson Pheiray and his friends initiated the crowd funding yesterday evening through social media platforms after realizing that there are only four Oxygen Concentrator Machines in Ukhrul District Hospital and another four at COVID Care Centre are not enough to help the surging number of COVID-19 patients in his district. Within the twenty-four hours of the initiative, many people donated to the pool and the funds have been provided to the District Hospital Authority to buy additional machines.</span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;"> </span><br />'' <span style="color: #222222;">Speaking to AIR News, Mr. Pheiray said that the Oxygen Concentrator Machines are very necessary for the COVID-19 patients.
