In Manipur, the security forces continued search operations and crackdown on armed miscreants to restore normalcy in the state. A combined force of Manipur Police, Paramilitary forces, and Indian Army conducted search operations in different areas of five districts of Manipur yesterday and recovered a huge quantity of arms and ammunition during the operations.<br />''<br />''A press release issued by the Manipur Police Control Room said that the search operations were conducted in Kakching, Bishnupur, Churachandpur, Kangpokpi, and Thoubal districts by security forces and recovered 25 sophisticated weapons along with ammunition and other war-like stores. Among the recovered arms were G3 Rifles, SLR, AK-47, INSAS Rifle, Lethode Gun, and 303 Rifles.
